IN THE BEGINNING...

icklebits is a website dedicated to Dolls House Miniatures. Originally icklebits was just an online shop that sold my own hand crafted miniatures but since having my first child I've had to put the making of miniatures on hold.

TIME TO EVOLVE...

Rather than just give up altogether, I decided it was time for icklebits to evolve. I wanted to use the name that I'd worked so hard to get known over the years in a way that would benefit others.

MY AIM...

I aim for icklebits to be the one place that you think of when you want something to do with miniatures. Whether it be a tutorial, a tip, find an event, to read an article or even make new friends, I hope the first place you go to is us!

BE INVOLVED...

We want you to get involved to which is why our new site has the facility for you to send us your articles and links at the click of a button.

GET SEEN!...

As well as the above, we also want it to be a place to promote new (and old!) miniaturists. We want it to be a platform for people to get noticed without waiting for the big magazines to come to them. That is why we actively search out people to interview for the site.

....AND FINALLY...

We want it to be a place you come to for information, guidance and friendship. And most importantly, we want it to all stay FREE!
