Giving talks and taking a dolls
house to a retirement home can be very rewarding. The
residents start remembering how things were and what they had in
their homes and it gives them the opportunity to chat and gossip
plus this is exercising their brains and they are not all
sitting looking at each other , they are taking part and joining
in!
Few things can
brighten a child’s spirit more than a toy during a time of distress
or illness. Whether you donate a dollhouse, a toy truck or even a
stuffed animal, the smiles on their faces are priceless.
