To insert a video into a forum post:

Start a new post and click on the symbol above the text box:
Select the "Provider" from the drop down menu.
Then insert the id of the video.
1. e.g At youtube a link would look like this: ">
2. The id number is this bit 4P785j15Tzk
OR...
Insert the url code
1. e.g ">

Then after typing whatever else, click "submit".
