At present basic bloggers can't attach files and images. This is because we are trying to keep the majority of the site free and the more files uploaded the more it costs us to run which would eventually mean passing the costs on to members and we are trying to avoid that.

If enough people require their images to be hosted on our site then we will come up with a new package. Until then there are plenty of image hosts (most free) available on the internet. Just type "Free image host" into a search engine.

You can then insert images into the post. Please refer to "How do I insert an image into my post?"
