If you haven't already altered your blog settings to post to twitter please do that first.

Lets say you wrote a post on your blog entitled "Blog Post Title Example",

Once you have hit publish it will appear on twitter as follows: [your username] Just posted Blog Post Title Example

This will be followed by a link to the post in your blog.
