This is a mass email sent to all users due to its importance. It's not a newsletter as such.

I work very hard on icklebits and have been busy building the new site which is why not much has happened on the present one.

Due to the move icklebits has been temporarily set up at www.icklebits.com

It is only showing the tutorials and articles. You can also register for the newsletter if you aren't yet subscribed. This can be done by filling out the box to the left. I will NOT be sending out any more updates as mass mailings. They will only go to subscribers so I recommend non subscribers sign up if they want to know when the major change has taken place.

It is only showing the above because I've had to condense it down but the resounding message I got from you all is that you couldn't bear to lose the tutorials.

I'm afraid I've had to shut down the galleries. I had no choice in the end because there was a technical error and when I went to retrieve the back up for them it was corrupted! Oh the tears I shed over that one. I'm so sorry about that.

The new site will have thousands more tutorials and will cover all other crafts. I have massive plans for the new site but first things first we need to get the new one up and running.

Firstly, the weekly newsletter is going out today also so if you have subscribed to both then I apologise for duplicate copies just this once.

Big apologies are in order. For some unknown reason my website won't let people log in. Well, it does but then it gives a blank white page. This means people can't update their galleries etc. The only way the site can be viewed at the moment is by being logged out.

I've been trying to solve this problem since Joomlas last update and I've come to a dead end. (Editor: Since sending the newsletter I've had a couple of suggestions!)

All I can do now is to apologise and ask you to be patient with me as I build the new website. The new one has over 1000 dolls house tutorials on it and I'm adding new craft tutorials (in other areas) every day.

I hope to launch this later this year.

If you do need to update your gallery in any way, please email me and I'll do it for you.

As viewing the videos requires people being logged in, There are over 1000 videos and for me to rectify that it would take months to change them to public. This is a disaster to put it simply!

I am so sorry about all this, i just wish I could solve it. If I do fix it I shall email you all.
