Tips and Hints - Accessories
Written by Terry B

This fantastic tip was given to us by Terry...

When making mini wooden picture frames, I glue the individual pieces to card stock while I am gluing them to each other. This not only helps keep the pieces from scooting around, but the card gives a boost in strength and durability to the frame when complete. After the glue is dry, cut around the inside and outside edges of the frame with an X-acto knife, separating the frame from the rest of the card. Another trick I use to help 'hold' parts while test-fitting is to push T-pins into cork board (foam core, whatever), placing them as close as possible to the parts. This gives me the extra fingers I need when working with teensy parts!

Thank you Terry!
